  If you've looked through my galleries and don't think I can make your cover happen, then check out these other designers. Fees vary per designer. Some may not have openings in their schedules within the next few months and some may not be taking on new clients at the time you check their site. They're all worth bookmarking, though, for later reference. Many of these designers offer premade covers, as well.
